My Hair Formula

I've been a stylist for 10 years, and everyday I get compliments on my hair color. You see normally hairdressers change their hair color constantly, but I have been blonde for 27 years. I've added a few lowlights here and there over the years, and even a beautiful purple chunk that I truly loved, but I've always been blonde.
My latest tone of blonde has been the my biggest hit. I have clients coming in asking me to make their hair "the exact color of yours!". My photo on Instagram even got 176 likes! I'm flattered I truly am. So with all the questions I get about my hair, I thought I'd write a blog post about it and give you all my formulas!!

The last time I got a highlight and lowlight was the beginning of November, so my lowlight isn't as dark as it first was. Since then I just tone my hair when I feel like it's need.
I get my hair highlight with Paul Mitchell Synchro and 20 volume. Along with a highlight, I also got a lowlight and my I used Paul Mitchell The Color 6NN + 7N equal parts with 20 volume. My stylist foiled my hair with a 3:1 ratio, 3 blonde foils to 1 lowlight. I do this because I don't want my hair to be too dark. My hair processes for 35 minutes, and then it gets rinsed.
Once the highlights and lowlights are rinsed out, I mix 1 1/2 oz Redken Shades EQ 09V + 1/2 oz Redken Shades EQ 09P + 2 ounces of Processing Solution, plus 1 oz of Crystal Clear. This formula gets put on my damp, towel dryish hair, and I let it process for 5-7 minutes!

The best part about this formula is that it's versatile on everyone! Check out how it looks on my friend Karli, whose hair I also highlight with 20 volume! It literally turned out AMAZING!
